This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules regarding payments made for any premium services or subscriptions on our Platform.

1. FREE SERVICES & TRIAL PERIOD
1.1. Basic Listings: Currently, Onelist.shop offers free business listing and lead generation services to help local businesses grow. There are no charges for these basic services.
1.2. Changes in Policy: If we introduce paid subscription plans in the future, all users will be notified clearly before any transaction takes place.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY (FOR FUTURE PAID SERVICES)
2.1. Digital Services Nature: Since a business listing on a digital directory is considered a "digital service" that is rendered immediately upon publication/activation, fees paid for such services are generally non-refundable.
2.2. Exceptions for Refund: We may consider a refund request only under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical glitch.
- Accidental Payment: If a payment was made due to a confirmed technical error on our Platform before the listing went live.
- Service Failure: If we are unable to publish your business listing even after 7 working days of a successful payment and verification.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
3.1. Profile Suspension: If your business profile is blocked or deleted by our Admin team due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., fake reviews, illegal services, or fraud).
3.2. Customer Dissatisfaction: If you do not receive the expected number of leads or customers after purchasing a premium plan (as business results depend on market demand).
3.3. Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want to list your business after the profile has already been activated and indexed by search engines.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. Subscription Cancellation: If you have a recurring monthly or yearly subscription, you can cancel it at any time through your Provider Dashboard.
4.2. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given for the remaining days of the month/year.

5. REFUND PROCESS
5.1. Request Submission: To request a refund (if eligible under Section 2.2), you must email us at 2021bindasshoo@gmail.com with your Transaction ID and a valid reason.
5.2. Review Period: Our accounts team will review your request within 5-7 working days.
5.3. Payment Reversal: If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI) within 10-15 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
